The Society for Research on Adolescence (SRA) includes professionals and students in psychology, human development, family studies, education, public policy, sociology, social work, psychiatry, pediatrics, public health, and many other areas. If you are conducting research on adolescence, SRA provides exceptional professional development and networking opportunities.

Membership is open to any individual or professional who has contributed to, is interested in, or has furthered research in adolescent development. Students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate study qualify for student membership.

Member Types:

Regular: Professionals, inclusive of Fellows, who have received their terminal degree more than five (5) years ago.

  • $250: One-Year Regular Membership

  • $450: Two-Year Regular Membership

New Professional: Professionals who have earned a terminal master’s or doctorate degree within the last 5-years. 

  • $125

Student: Students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies.

  • $60

Emeritus: Professionals who have retired but wish to remain active in SRA.

  • $200: One-Year Emeritus Membership

  • $360: Two-Year Emeritus Membership

Renew Membership

SRA membership is annual and renews on the member’s anniversary date. Renewing membership before it expires will avoid a lapse.
